Young Carers’ Film

Over the past three months I’ve been helping a group of young carers make a film. It’s just been completed and they are “buzzing” (in a good way).

Last night I nipped over to Derbyshire to film the Darley Dale Brass Band. 128 years old; regional champions several times over; national finalists – those were the days. Now the troupe of 28 has dwindled to 2. That’s a brass duet. All featured on BBC East Midlands Today and News 24.
