The Rural Development Programme in England (RDPE) is funded by the EU and defra. One upshot of this programme is that emda was given £61 million to help fund rural business projects across the East Midlands. The development agency has asked me to put together a film for a conference in January. We’ll be visiting six projects that have had grants up to £2.5 million to help them with their assorted projects. The finished film will inspire other businesses to apply for funding themselves.
