Filming for emda has been continuing with a trip to Lincolnshire. A website called Hot Prospects has connected a graduate from Thailand with a window-frame manufacturer near Spalding. The company needed a graduate to take it to the next level. A graduate like Napas Viriyasomboon. He studied for his degree in Thailand and for his Masters in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Nottingham. The Hot Prospects website connected Napas with the manuafacturer and one day after he applied he was being invited for interview. He took the job. He’s happy. The company’s got its graduate. It’s happy. And the Hot Prospects website wants to keep graduates in the East Midlands so its happy too.
