Melton Borough Council have commissioned Coracle Films to produce a raft of films for their forthcoming Extended Services website. This fifth film looks at the services of Melton’s Library. Things have come a long way: I didn’t know you don’t really have to be quiet in a library anymore (so 1970s…) and that a mobile library is in fact a mobile lifeline.
