NIACE Quick Reads

Quick Reads is a national initiative that gets established authors producing short but brilliant stories. These books entice adults who are learning to read to develop their literacy skills. A conference in November will play a film that shows how these books have specifically helped learners in London, Manchester and Leeds. It is hoped that this film will persuade publishers to continue with the scheme.
