The penultimate case study for emda’s RDPE film is Bluebell Dairy. The owners’ dairy farm was going out of business due to the poor prices paid for milk. With a grant though they set up Bluebell Dairy making high quality ice cream with their own milk. The ice cream is fantastic and is now making the original farm sustainable.
