Filming continues for emda’s Annual Public Meeting film. This time it was a trip to Skegness to visit a skatepark set up by enthusiasts and attracting skaters from all over Britain. It was seven years ago that a group of dedicated skateboarders sat down together in a chip shop to work out how they were going to skate. Lots of grants and supportive councillers later the indoor park is open and is just about self sufficient. Amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it.
